Partnered exists to connect men and women who value devotion, family, legacy, and traditional relationship roles.
These Community Guidelines are designed to protect the integrity of the platform, support authentic connection, maintain a safe and values aligned environment, and reinforce the principles upon which Partnered is built.
By accessing or using Partnered, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Guidelines. These Guidelines form part of and are incorporated into the Partnered End User Agreement.
2. Respectful Behaviour
All users must treat others with courtesy, dignity, and kindness. The following are strictly prohibited:
Abusive, insulting, or aggressive language
Threats, intimidation, or harassment
Derogatory comments regarding gender, race, religion, nationality, or appearance
Bullying, shaming, or humiliation
Manipulation, coercion, or controlling behaviour
Persistent unwanted communication
Partnered maintains zero tolerance for hostility or degradation toward any member.
3. Authenticity and Honesty
Partnered is built on integrity and transparency. Users must not:
Create false identities
Misrepresent relationship status, age, marital status, or intentions
Use fake, misleading, or heavily altered photos
Provide incomplete or deceptive information
Impersonate another person or entity
Accounts containing materially misleading information may be removed without notice.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Users must respect the privacy and personal safety of others. This includes:
Not sharing another person's private information
Not posting screenshots of conversations without explicit consent
Not distributing photos, videos, or identifying details
Not disclosing another user's location, workplace, family details, or personal circumstances
Violation of privacy may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
5. Appropriate Conduct On and Off the Platform
Partnered expects responsible behaviour both online and offline. Prohibited conduct includes:
Sexual harassment or explicit unsolicited messages
Sending unsolicited intimate images
Inappropriate requests or pressure
Disrespectful behaviour during or after in person meetings
Conduct that compromises another person's safety or wellbeing
Partnered may act upon credible reports of offline misconduct where it impacts platform safety.
6. Financial Integrity
The platform is strictly for connection and relationship development. The following are prohibited:
Requests for money, loans, gifts, investments, or financial assistance
Promotion of business opportunities, crypto schemes, or financial products
Attempts to access another user's financial information
Using the platform for personal financial gain
Activity consistent with romance scams or financial exploitation
Such conduct will result in permanent removal.
7. Safety Requirements
All users agree to:
Meet in public places for initial interactions
Maintain control of their own transportation
Avoid sharing home addresses or children's details prematurely
Exercise personal judgement and responsibility
Report suspicious or unsafe behaviour immediately
Partnered provides guidance but cannot supervise in person interactions.
8. Prohibited Use of the Platform
Partnered must not be used for:
Commercial recruitment
Content creation without consent
Political or ideological campaigning
Harassment or targeted attacks
Data scraping or automation
Redirecting users to external platforms for non relationship purposes
Operating as an escort, sugar arrangement, or transactional relationship service
Partnered is not a transactional service and does not support pay for companionship arrangements.
9. Age and Legal Requirements
Users must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally able to enter a consensual relationship
Comply with the laws of their jurisdiction
Not be subject to any legal restriction preventing participation
Partnered reserves the right to request verification documentation where necessary.
10. Protection of Women and Men on Partnered
Partnered is founded on traditional relationship values and mutual respect.
Women must be treated with dignity, protection, and care
Men must be treated with appreciation, fairness, and respect
Hostility toward either gender is not permitted
Content that mocks homemaking, provision, or relationship polarity is not permitted
Users must engage in good faith and with honourable intent
Partnered reserves the right to remove content or users that undermine platform integrity.
11. Reporting Misconduct
Users are encouraged to report:
Harassment or abusive conduct
Fake profiles or misrepresentation
Safety concerns
Inappropriate content
Violations of these Guidelines
Reports may be submitted to info@partnered.me.
All reports are reviewed confidentially and at the sole discretion of Partnered Holdings Inc.
12. Account Enforcement and Removal
Partnered Holdings Inc reserves the right to:
Issue warnings
Restrict communication privileges
Suspend an account
Permanently remove a user
Deny re entry
Enforcement decisions may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect platform integrity.
13. No Guarantee of Behaviour
Partnered does not guarantee:
The intentions of users
The conduct of users
The accuracy of user provided information
Compatibility or relationship outcomes
Users are solely responsible for their decisions and interactions.
14. Acceptance of Guidelines
By using Partnered, you confirm that:
You understand these Community Guidelines
You agree to abide by them
You accept that failure to comply may lead to suspension or removal
You are responsible for your own safety and behaviour both on and off the platform
15. Compliance With United States Law
Partnered Holdings Inc operates in compliance with applicable United States federal, state, and local laws.
Nothing in these Community Guidelines shall be interpreted to require or permit conduct that violates applicable law.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their conduct complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
16. Platform Status and Liability Limitation
Partnered is an interactive computer service provider as defined under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230.
Partnered does not create, control, or endorse user generated content. Users are solely responsible for the content they publish and the conduct they engage in.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partnered Holdings Inc shall not be liable for user generated content, user conduct, offline interactions, misrepresentations made by users, or criminal acts committed by users.
Nothing in these Guidelines creates a duty to monitor users beyond what is required by law.
17. Anti Discrimination Statement
Partnered is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti discrimination laws.
The platform does not permit unlawful discrimination based on race, colour, national origin, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics under applicable federal or state law.
However, Partnered is a values driven introduction environment and may allow lawful preference based filters consistent with its relationship matching purpose.
18. Reporting of Illegal Activity
Partnered reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and comply with lawful requests, subpoenas, or court orders.
Where required by applicable law, Partnered may report suspected illegal activity, including exploitation, trafficking, fraud, or threats of violence.
19. Content Moderation Discretion
Partnered Holdings Inc retains sole and absolute discretion to remove content, restrict accounts, or take enforcement action where content is inconsistent with these Guidelines, potentially unlawful, harmful to users, reputationally damaging to the platform, or contrary to the stated values of the service.
Moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal unless otherwise required by law.
20. Consumer Protection Compliance
Nothing in these Guidelines limits any rights that may not be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the extent any provision conflicts with mandatory law in a user's jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to remain enforceable.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Community Guidelines is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22. Assumption of Risk
By using the Partnered platform, users acknowledge and agree that they voluntarily assume all risks associated with online and offline interactions and are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before meeting any other user.
Partnered makes no representations regarding the character, financial position, relationship history, or intentions of any user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, users assume all personal, emotional, reputational, financial, and physical risks arising from use of the platform.
23. Release of Claims
To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree to release, waive, and discharge Partnered Holdings Inc, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of user interactions, in person meetings, communications on or off the platform, financial losses, emotional distress, relationship outcomes, or third party conduct.
24. No Special Relationship
Use of the platform does not create a fiduciary relationship, matchmaking guarantee, duty of care beyond that required by applicable law, or an agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
Partnered operates solely as a technology based introduction platform.
25. No Background Screening Warranty
Partnered does not warrant that any user has undergone criminal background screening, identity verification beyond platform procedures, financial vetting, or marital status verification.
Users must independently verify all information prior to forming any reliance.
26. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Partnered Holdings Inc, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising from violation of these Guidelines, violation of the End User Agreement, misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, user generated content, or disputes with other users.
This obligation survives termination of the account.
27. Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Partnered Holdings Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or personal injury arising from user interactions.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Partnered in the twelve months preceding the claim.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Alignment
These Community Guidelines shall be governed by the laws specified in the End User Agreement.
Any dispute arising from use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the End User Agreement, including any arbitration or class action waiver provisions.
